Non-Returnable Items

Please note that all personal care items (I.e. bath salts and soaps) are final sale. If such items are returned, a shipping fee will be charged and the items will be returned to you. 

Damage or Defected Items

In the event that any item on the website is damaged or defective, please contact us at empressence.byempress@gmail.com within 24 hours from the date you have received the item and we will process a return or exchange with proof of the damaged or defected item.
